Football is a big theme in our house right now. We love having backyard games, kids playing, and appetizers at the counter for our friends on Sunday Funday. I recently made this high protein, lean buffalo chicken dip and oh my gosh. Dave made me double the next day so he could use it with a wrap for lunches during the week. It is delicious and packed with flavor.

High protein buffalo chicken dip
Materials Required:
1-2 5-ounce cans of chicken breast (or 1 cup shredded chicken)
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp ranch masala
1/3 cup buffalo sauce
1/2 cup shredded cheese
